Initial submission

In the spirit of the previous EANN conferences, the paper should concentrate on the application rather than just the algorithm or the theory. The program committee may reject papers that exceed this length on the grounds of length alone.

Papers should be no longer than 12 pages formatted according to the LNCS Springer style. This should be done for their initial submission, so that preparation of the final papers is simplified. Also note that according to the conference policy, at least one regular registration for each accepted paper must be made at the time of submission of the final version, for inclusion of the paper in the technical program and the proceedings.

Submission will be done using the EasyChair

Please note that at the accepted papers are only of type pdf, doc and docx (preferably pdf). The authors of the accepted papers will submit their source files at a later stage (during Camera-ready submission).

Authors are invited to electronically submit original, English-language research contributions formatted according to the aforementioned LNCS Springer style, or experience reports. Submitted papers must present unpublished work, not being considered for publication in other journals or conferences.

Camera-ready submission

Camera-ready submissions should be corrected by following the remarks of the referees and submitted in zip format including (1) the camera-ready version of the authors’ work in pdf format, (2) the camera-ready version of the authors’ work in editable sources format as well as (3) the Consent to Publish signed in ink and scanned to image file. The results described must be unpublished and must not be under review elsewhere. Submissions must conform to Springer’s LNCS format and should be, including all text, figures, references and appendices: 12 pages for papers accepted as full and 10 pages for papers accepted as short.

A paper may not be included in the proceedings if the requirements are not met, or if the registration fee is not received by the deadline for the submission of the camera-ready version.
